Codemasters and Turbine handing out 250 points to sign up with LOTRO

As if going free-to-play wasn't enough to get you trying it out, you can now earn 250 Turbine points just for signing up for the game.

On top of that, you can lock in the price of $9.99 a month become a VIP member which will also net you an extra 500 points a month towards some really cool stuff.

Signing up and downloading the game will allow you to play up to level 65 for free as well, which should get you nice and ready for the fall expansion. We're headed to Isengard, ya know.
