Christopher Nolan "looking at" creating game based on Inception
Director Christopher Nolan has said he's currently looking into the possibility of creating a videogame based on the world of Inception.
Speaking with Variety about the film during it's premiere in Italy this week, Nolan said an Inception inspired game is at least a couple ears out.
"One thing we are looking at doing is developing a videogame based on the world of the film, which has all kinds of ideas that you can't fit into a feature film," he said. "That's something we've been talking about and are looking at doing long-term, in a couple of years."
That's all that was said really, but we can just imagine what sort of twisted antics one could get up to in a game like that - maybe even a level beyond Limbo perhaps. Actually, that hurt our head even thinking about it, to be honest.
So far, Inception has grossed $753 million worldwide ($285 million US and $468 internationally) and was in the top 10 for 10 weeks on the US film charts for 2010.
