Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta open to all PC, Xbox One users - lvl cap increased, new Specialist

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 multiplayer beta is now open to all PC and Xbox One users, Treyarch announced overnight.
Also, the level cap has been expanded to 34 and the Specialist Reaper is now available.
The Black Ops 3 beta will end on August 30, unless like the PS4 tester, it gets extended.
Activision and Sony announced earlier this week the beta was the largest to-date in PS4 history, and attracted millions of players.
Black Ops 3 releases on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One November 6.
