Multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 attracted "millions" of players on PS4

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 multiplayer beta has become the largest tester to-date on PlayStation 4, says Activision and Sony.
Millions participated, according to both firms, as the test received the most downloads, gameplay sessions and hours of gameplay to-date for a beta.
"We've been looking forward to getting the game into the hands of the people that matter most - the fans," said Treyarch boss Mark Lamia. "We can't thank them all enough for participating and providing us with invaluable feedback and data."
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 releases in November and the multiplayer beta is currently available on Xbox One and PC.
