Bloodline: Champions dated, trailer details Astronomer

Can't wait for DotA2? You'll be playing this within two months.

Funcom told EG today that Bloodline Champions will release "either in late December or early January".

The company's also released a new trailer for the game, detailing the Astronomer class.

The Astronomer's a healer with a primary melee attack.

The fantasy arena combat title looks to sit well with Diablo and DotA fans. It's currently in beta.

It's described thus by the developer: "Bloodline Champions is a PVP game with short, intense matches for up to ten players divided into two teams. Every player plays one of several different bloodlines with 7 unique abilities each.

"Different bloodlines in a set up complement eachother, different maps and gamemodes need different tactics, so good teamwork is a must for success."
