Blizzard to test out Real ID Party in WoW

Blizzard's said that it's to test out new feature Real ID Party in World of Warcraft. The feature will enable WoW players to invite Real ID friends of the same faction to a party, regardless of what realm that friend is currently on at the time. That party can then queue up for a five-player dungeon on either normal or Heroic. There's more details in an FAQ on GamePolitics.
