If you're not into the new Contra, why not have some of that Blazing Chrome?

Blazing Chrome, the side-scrolling shooter from JoyMasher, has an official release date.
Blazing Chrome was unveiled last year as a tribute to classic Contra, and Metal Slug. The premise is simple enough; you move from left to right and eradicate everything in existence.
The look is as close to Contra: Hard Corps as it gets. Hard Corps is the less remembered, much harder sequel released on the Sega Genesis, and Blazing Chrome looks to be following in its footsteps.
Blazing Chrome has a roster of different characters with unique abilities, and features six distinct levels. You really only need one look at the trailer below to get the vibe it's going for.
It's out July 11 on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch.
