BlazBlue Revolution tourney has Japanese and US players face off

Aksys Games has announced BlazBlue Revolution, the largest 3v3 tournament for the Arc System Works fighter series to date. The finals will be held in Japan in March 2012, and Aksys will supply airfares and accommodation to the winning trio of the US arm - plus a special bonus if by some twist of fate, they beat their Japanese rivals. Haaaa. US qualifiers will play out in Southern California, and more details will be available through the event's website on December 17.
BlazBlue is a series of closely-interlinked fighters with an emphasis on technical combos, much like spiritual precursor Guilty Gear. It boasts two core entries, one spin off, plus portable versions and revisions.
