Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 developer Treyarch has started posting some rather bizarre letters on its Facebook page that seem to be teasing the Zombies portion of the game's fourth and probably final DLC pack.

Word on the street is that the final DLC pack is due in August but Activision and Treyarch are yet to confirm this.

It could be true however, as CoDOnline has stumbled across some Zombies-flavoured letters over on the studio's Facebook hub, within an album called “Letters from the Field."

The first can be found here and reads, "September 22, 1917: When we began the site excavation, our group could not have predicted the dark path down which our work would lead us.

"The Doctor remains both adamant and optimistic that the potential applications for the new found element are worth the associated risks. I concur with the sentiment, but feel increasingly anxious as to the changes I am seeing in my oldest friend…"

The second letter reads, "October 6, 1917: The emperor grows concerned that the barbarians drive for mechanization may soon yield weapons more devastating than anything the world has ever known.

"I am honored to act as his trusted agent and will insure that any such weapons are rescued for the benefit of Japan."

What do you guys think? There's some photos of the team working on what might be the DLC below.
