BitSummit 2014 to feature keynote from Rez creator Tetsuya Mizuguchi
BitSummit 2014 is Japan's indie summit taking place between March 7-9, and it will open with a keynote address from Rez creator Tetsuya Mizuguchi.
Polygon reports that the BitSummit 2014 schedule is filling out nicely, and that Mizuguchi's session is entitled 'Independent DNA.' In it; the developer will discuss how the independent way of thinking can exist in any form of game development, from triple-a blockbuster to a self-crafted title.
The show will also feature speaker sessions from The Behemoth's John Baez, Epic Games Japan's Taka Kawasaki, Unity 3D Japan's Hiroki Omae and Yoshiro Kimura from Onion Games.
There's also a schedule of musical performances including live arrangements from PaRappa the Rapper and Vib Ribbon composer Masaya Matsuura, and Manami Matsumae of Mega Man and Mighty No. 9 fame.
