While perhaps not the happiest games to play during Christmas time, the Metro games from Ukraine’s own 4A Games are innovative and unique for their setting and gameplay. Xbox One owners who are also Gold members can pick up both games in a bundle for £4.80 / $6 right now. Those without Xbox Live Gold will have to fork out £7.20 / $9 instead.

Speaking of Xbox Live, right now you can grab some real Xbox 360 classics at massively reduced prices. These titles are also backwards compatible, meaning you’ll be able to play them on your big fancy Xbox One console rather than having to pull the 360 out of the attic. Here are some highlights of what’s on offer. These prices are with a Gold membership, non-Gold members will have to spend a few extra pennies.

Right now on Amazon UK, you can pick up a 525GB Crucial solid state drive for only £99.99, while stock lasts. This one got Digital Foundry’s seal of approval too, so you know it’s good.

If you’re not fussed about getting an SSD like the one above for the speed, you can pick up this whopping great big 4TB Seagate external hard drive for £99.99 / $119.99 instead, It can be used on PC or Xbox One to store all manner of games, DLC and secrets.

US Cyber Monday Deals

Amazon US is offering up DualShock 4 controllers, including the fancy new version with the light bar on the front, for only $33.99 right now. At that price, there’s rarely been a better time to grab an extra controller for your friends or just for funsies. As well as the new-style V2 controller, you could grab yourself a ‘Glacier White’ controller. That’s if you’re feeling particularly extravagant.

Look, if you’re a PS4 owner who doesn’t own Bloodborne already, you really need to fix that. The game is down to $9.99 at GameStop US right now, which incidentally is its lowest ever price anywhere, so trust me, just do yourself a favor and grab it while it’s ten bucks. I mean, come on.

Skyrim: Special Edition hasn’t even been out that long but it’s already made it’s way into Amazon US’s Cyber Monday deals today. It’s down to just $24.99 on either Xbox One or PS4 right now, in all of its remastered glory. There’s probably an arrow in the knee joke to be made here but unfortunately, it’s not 2011 anymore so I’m going to avoid making any of those.

Look, I’m just going to leave this link here and walk away. I ain’t judging.

Sony’s having itself a flash sale on some digital titles on the EU PlayStation Network store right now. I’ve gathered up some of my favourite highlights from it, so feel free to grab some lovely new games to play through the Christmas break (if you get one, that is).

Tales from the Borderlands continues its journey towards costing you nothing at all to play. For now though, it’s down to its cheapest ever price in its boxed form for £5.99 from GAME. That’s the entire season in a fancy box that you could put on a shelf and smile at occasionally as you walk past.

A couple more PS4 console deals made themselves known today. Most notably, perhaps, is ShopTo’s current bundle deal (offered through eBay) for a PS4 500GB Slim console with a copy of Call of Duty Infinite Warfare for only £189.

Okay, this one isn’t technically a game or strictly gaming related, but today Amazon UK is offering this Logitech C920 HD webcam for a record-low price of £29.99. This particular model is almost an industry standard for Twitch streamers and YouTube folk alike and usually costs well above £60, so getting such a widely used and well-reviewed camera for under £30 is a bit of a steal.

Lara Croft’s triumphant return to PlayStation consoles came in the form of the 20 Year Celebration edition of Rise of the Tomb Raider. Sure, the game itself is a year old by now but that doesn’t stop it from being a pretty great game still. The PS4 version is down to its lowest price yet at Amazon UK right now, available for £24.99.
