Happy turkey day everybody! While you’re all gathered around your families, enjoying the company and generally being thankful for things, why not check out some of the best deals that Black Friday has shown us today so far. Buy yourself something nice and you can be extra thankful for that. Get ready though, since a whole lot of retailers went into overdrive on Black Friday sales today.

As always, we’ll be talking about gaming stuff here, but there’s plenty of other techy or non-gaming related deals going on too. If you’d like to have a browse of some of those, head over to Jelly Deals, where we’ll be keeping tabs on everything from bluetooth headphones to toasters. We also have pages dedicated to PS4 and Xbox One deals right here on the site.

US and UK Black Friday Video Game Deals

Now here are the Black Friday style deals we’ve come to know over the past few years. Despite being released less than two weeks ago, Dishonored 2’s price has been slashed on all formats in most territories and from a wide range of retailers. In the UK, it can be grabbed for as little as £31.99, while in the US you’ll be spending $34.99 for a copy.

The Collector’s Edition of the game that included a scale replica of Corvo’s mask is also on offer, down to $74.99 in the States.

Today also saw price cuts on copies of Mafia 3 in both the US and the UK. At present, a UK copy on PS4 will run you £29.95 with the cheapest Xbox One copies around being £32.99, while US readers can pick the game up on Xbox One, PS4 or PC for $29.99 today. While stock lasts, of course.

DOOM has had no shortage of discounts to date, but none of them have taken the price down enough to limbo under the proverbial ‘Must Buy Now” bar. That is until now, since the game is currently available on PC for the ludicrous price of £11.31 / $17.09 over at Green Man Gaming. Make sure you use the code BLACKFRIDAY10 while logged in to get that price, though. Seriously, if you don’t own a copy of this one by now, you should probably get one.

If you’re looking for a console copy, you can grab one for as little as £19.99 / $19.99 right now, too.

Controllers! The unsung hero of video game consoles all around the world. Sometimes you can be quite content with the factory standard controller you get with your console, but sometimes you want a hot pink monstrosity to grace your hands as you play. Thankfully, Microsoft is discounting its range of Xbox One controllers in both the US and UK right now. In America, you can grab a controller of your choice for $39.99, while the UK will be able to nab a variety of styles for £34.99.

Somebody sound the alarm, Steam is having another sale. This time, it’s the appropriately titled ‘Steam Autumn Sale’ and features some pretty massive discounts on games from a variety of franchises as well as some lovely indie darlings. Everything from Gang Beasts to Quantum Break to Attack on Titan can be found, so head over there and check it out.
