Berserk and the Band of the Hawk heads west in February
Koei Tecmo has announced that the new Berserk musou game is coming to the west in February, so put your glasses on, nothing will be wrong.
The news comes alongside a new trailer that promises the most brutal Dynasty Warriors-styled game ever made.
The game will feature 'approximately 120 minutes of cinematic footage', which, to be frank, looks to be better animated than either of Berserk's anime adaptations. It has a name now, too - Berserk and the Band of the Hawk.
Judging from the trailer, and the other promotions we've seen, this game is likely to deal with the rather traumatic 'Eclipse' event from the series at some point - which is to say that it's likely to have some pretty intense content.
The game is coming to PC, PS4 and Vita (by the look of things we won't be getting the PS3 version that will also release in Japan). It'll be digital-only on PC and Vita, and will release on February 21 in the US and February 24 in Europe.
If you intend to import the game, it releases in Japan on October 27.
