Track down and cure Kirk Langstrom to stop him terrorising the night sky.
Batman: Arkham Knight - Creature of the Night
- Unlocks at Chapter 3
- You must investigate the winged creature flying above Gotham
- Location: Near ACE Chemicals on Bleake Island
- Most Wanted Villain: Man-Bat
- Rewards six Upgrade Points, plus another 3 for defeating Man-Bat
During Chapter 3 you'll see an icon appear on your map that gives a rough location of the winged creature flying around Gotham. Go to the area and climb to a good height. From here you use Detective Mode to spot the target, then glide over to it, take it down and grab a sample of blood.
Now you know what you're dealing with you can head over to the North of Bleake Island where you'll find Kirk Langstrom's lab. Go to the basement and enter the lab, then use the computer to play the mini game. Do this successfully and you'll create a clean DNA sample.
Now you have to find Man-Bat. It's worth noting that you can't complete this mission until chapter 8 when you can finally put Langstrom/Man-Bat in an isolation chamber.
So rather than go hunting for him specifically, it's best to just keep an ear out while playing through the game. When you hear the Man-Bat shriek, follow him, take him down and and you'll get to give him part of the cure before he escapes again.
The third time you come across the Man-Bat you'll able to give him the rest of the serum and throw him in the back of the Batmobile. At Chapter 8 you can now take Langstrom to the GCPD isolation chamber to complete the mission.
