Baltimore GameStop robbed, thieves make off with over 100 copies of Black Ops
Some maniacs carrying semi-automatics robbed a Baltimore GameStop last weekend, and not only did the creeps walk out with cash and game systems, but over 100 copies of Black Ops as well.
According to a report in the Baltimore Sun (via VentureBeat), the two men who robbed the store made off with four cases full of Black Ops, and the county sheriff's office believes it might be the same fellas who robbed another Baltimore GameStop less than three-weeks ago on October 21 due to a white mini van being used as the getaway vehicle on both occasions.
Two customers happened upon the robbery and were forced into the storage area of the store by the thugs, but luckily, no one was hurt during the incident.
"Call of Duty: Black Ops isn't out there 'til Tuesday, so anybody that has it today or tomorrow shouldn't have it,"s aid Monica Worrell, a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office.
Law enforcement is asking those who were offered the game for sale before Tuesday to contact police.
