Badland: Game of the Year Edition available from today on multiple platforms
Frogmind Games has announced the game of the year edition of Badland is now available on Steam and PlayStation systems.
Badland: Game of the Year Edition can be picked up for PlayStation 3, PS4 and Vita in North America with full Cross-Buy and Cross-Save support. It is also available for Linux, Mac and PC through Steam worldwide.
PS users in Europe can grab the game tomorrow, and the Xbox One version will be made available on May 29 with the Wii U version coming at a later date. It features over 15 hours of gameplay and 100 levels of single-player story content.
It also contains 100 co-op levels and 27 multiplayer battle stages for up four players for local co-oping fun.
Badland's GOTY edition is based on the developer's multi-award-winning tablet game which has over 25 million players worldwide.
The side-scrolling action adventure title features physics-based gameplay where players are tasked with controlling a flying creature named Clony as it maneuvers through deadly traps, puzzles and obstacles within a dense forest.
One of the key gameplay mechanics is cloning, which allows players to control dozens of Clones all at once.
The Steam version of Badland is available in a standard edition, as well as a Deluxe Edition and both versions support up to four players via a single keyboard, gamepad controllers, or a combination of both.
Badland: Game of the Year Edition is available for around $9.99 as a launch week discount.
