Back The Bard's Tale 4, get the original trilogy for free

InXile has added another incentive for anyone looking to back The Bard's Tale 4 on Kickstarter.

If you back the ongoing Kickstarter campaign for The Bard's Tale 4 at the $20 tier or above, you will receive all three of the classic games. That's The Bard’s Tale, The Bard’s Tale 2: The Destiny Knight, and The Bard’s Tale 3: Thief of Fate.

These will be the emulated versions, delivered to backers upon the campaign's end. Enhanced versions of the games are also in works, with help from the original programmer. Backers will be getting those on top of the original offering.

"EA very graciously had no objections at all, a big thanks to them for their help in making this giveaway happen," inXile said.

The Bard's Tale 4 Kickstarter currently sits on $1,182,885 in funding, and very close to the $1,250,000 goal, with 28 days to go.
