Avalanche New York working on "Project Mamba"

A new game is in the works at the new US offices of Just Cause developer Avalanche Studios - possibly for rumoured new hardware.
Eurogamer reports the new game, codenamed Project Mamba, isn't expected until 2014, and is intended for PC and "console platforms".
Cough next gen cough cough, amrite? Avalanche said in June it has "intelligence" indicating at least one new hardware platform in 2014.
While a new entry in the Just Cause series seems the most obvious direction for a new title, that has been the product of the core Swedish office until now. Avalanche Sweden's most recent offering was the downloadable Renegade Ops.
