Connor Makar is a published author and Staff Writer for VG247. He remains a fan of fighting games, MMOs, RPGs, and the best the triple-A industry has to offer.

A first class graduate, Connor joined VG247 late in 2021, covering some of the biggest triple-A and live service titles released since becoming a part of the team. He's also an avid fighting game player, travelling to some of the biggest events across Europe whenever possible.

Connor has attended multiple international video game events, interviewed some of the industry's best and brightest, and sniffed out many stories before anyone else. He also went to EVO in 2023 – but tragically his Dhalsim didn't get too far.
