Western Australian Government flip-flops on 18-rated game certificate

Australia's governing bodies have long taken issue with violent content in games and has refused to establish an 18-rated certificate for games featuring mature content. While the certificate is making headway in all regions, it has been wrenched back to the drawing board by Western Australia authorities.

Games On Net reports that the Western Australian governing bodies have u-turned on the issue and have taken the 18-rating back to square one, opting to re-open the debate for further consideration.
