Assassin's Creed 3 web-based game tasks players with finding historical anomalies
An Assassin's Creed 3 web game has been launched by Ubisoft for the community to participate in.
Over the next nine days, fans must work together "to find the hidden anomalies in a series of historical moments from the American Revolution."
There are over 21,000 anomalies which have already been found by Assassin's Creed fans, each one revealing another small part of a larger puzzle.
The first puzzle takes place during the battle of Bunker Hill in 1775, and more historic scenes are to be added in the coming days.
Assassin's Creed 3 is out at the end of the month on PS3 and Xbox 360 and arrives in November for Wii U and PC.
