Assassin's Creed Origins Hermit Locations
We're not exactly sure what the Hermits were hiding from in Assassin's Creed Origins, but one thing we do know is that all their hideouts are well away from every bit of civilization in the game. The Assassin's Creed Origins Hermit locations are often in the middle of deserts like the Qattara Depression region, or in a secluded spot near a town, like the one in Herakleion Nome region.
Once you've made it to the location of a Hermit Hideout in Assassin's Creed Origins, you'll have to find the right spot to interact with. This is nearly always a red or white blanket laid down on the ground, usually surrounded by candles, and all you have to do is walk up to said blanket and interact with it to complete the Hermit Hideout. For your efforts in finding each Hideout, you'll be rewarded with a single ability point. Check out our Ability Points guide if you need help deciding on which abilities to unlock first.
Assassin's Creed Origins Faiyum, Eremites Hideout Location
As you can see just below, the Hermit Hideout is located just west of Krokodilopolis in the Faiyum region. Starting out from the city, head west and climb up the cliff walls, and before long you'll find yourself in the middle of some ancient ruins. Check the tops of the archways, and you'll find a red blanket surrounded by candles, which you'll need to interact with to complete the location.
Assassin's Creed Origins Black Desert, Ra Horahkty Mountain Top Location
Located straight in the middle of the Black Desert region, the Ra Horahkty Mountain Top location is generally the tallest point in Assassin's Creed Origins, and you'll bag yourself an achievement/trophy for reaching this Hermit Hideout. Simply head for the very top of the mountain, and you'll find the red blanket with the candles surrounding it.
Assassin's Creed Origins Herakleion Nome, Demesne of Sekhem Location
This Hermit Location is one of the easiest to find, and is actually located very near civilization, something of a rarity for these locations. Head directly east from Herakleion city, to the very first question marker on the map that you come to, and you'll happen upon the Hermit Hideout, which may very well be guarded by a leopard. Take care of the beast, and then interact with the red blanket just to the right of the main building.
Assassin's Creed Origins Paraitonion, Ogdamos Location
This unique location in Assassin's Creed Origins is actually an abandoned town that's built into the side of a cliff. Head west from the city of Alexandria, and you shouldn't have too much trouble findint the small town among the hills. Once you're there, the white blanket with candles needed to complete the Hideout can be found in the house in the northern part of the town.
Assassin's Creed Origins Qattara Depression, Aquifer Oasis Location
This Hermit Hideout might be the most secluded in all of Assassin's Creed Origins, and it might well be one of the more difficult. There are at least six Hyenas patrolling the oasis in the middle of the Qattara Depression cliffs, and they're all at least level 36, meaning you should have at least completed the main campaign of the game before you head for this Hermit Hideout.
Once you've taken care of the Hyenas (because it's impossible to sneak around them), look for the three poles situated in the water, and stand in between them to interact with the Hideout, completing it for good.
This brings to an end our guide to every Assassin's Creed Origins Hermit Hideout loction, but keep your eyes peeled for more intricate details like this, scattered throughout the various regions of Egypt.
