Assassin's Creed Odyssey November updates include Steropes the Cyclops, level cap increase to 70, more
More content is heading to Assassin's Creed Odyssey this month.
Assassins Creed Odyssey players can take on another questline in the Lost Tales of Greece content update this month.
The self-contained story Divine Intervention will center around a "mysterious woman" who will test players with divine trials. This release follows The Show Must Go On which released last week.
Divine Intervention along with future Lost Tales of Greece will automatically unlock reaching Episode 5 in the main story.Each are marked as yellow side quests on the map, and upon completion, can result in multiple outcomes and new rewards.
Later this month Steropes the Cyclops will join the game's roster of mythical creatures. Player can challenge the beast on November 13 through the new quest The Lightning Bringer. Besting the creature will net players a new Legendary Bow.
More Epic Events are in the works as well featuring Epic Mercenaries and Epic Ships, for those over level 30. The latest Epic Ship event is currently live, matter of fact.
Competing the challenges earn rewards and Orichalcum to spend with Sargon at the Oikos of the Olympians legendary store.
Sargon will also be updating his stock with two new, exclusive item packs in November: the Odysseus Pack, and the Odysseus Naval Pack.
The Odysseus Pack contains a new gear set, mount, and weapon, while the Naval Pack comes with a new crew theme, figurehead, and ship design. These items can also be purchased from the Store.
Ubisoft also outlined features and improvements which have been or will be implemented into the game soon:
- A level cap increase, from 50 to 70, with level-50 players automatically rewarded with Ability Points to match any XP overflow they've already earned
- A layer of visual customization over your armor, enabling you to use the stats of one item and the appearance of another
- Customizable gamepad controls
- The option to auto-craft regular arrows when ammo runs low, so long as they have enough materials
- Lower upgrade costs for gear
- The ability to pause and resume any XP or Drachmae boosters that you own
