ARK: Survival Evolved downloads pass 1M on Xbox One, player count higher than PC
ARK: Survival Evolved is very popular among Xbox One owners.
The Xbox One version of ARK: Survival Evolved has proven very successful. Since its release on December 16, the open-world survival game was downloaded over 1 million times.
In a new update on Xbox Wire, developer Wildcard revealed that the number of daily players on Xbox One is even higher than that of PC, where the game has been available for seven months.
That's not all, Xbox One players can expect new updates as regular as every two weeks. These updates will include the most recent balance changes and community feedback, as well as new content. Some of the planned features include gamepad customisation, UI improvements, split-screen support, gamemode tweaks and more.
The blog post also showed off a tease of one of the upcoming monsters, the Procoptodon.
ARK: Survival Evolved is targeting a June window for the full release.
