Animal Crossing: New Horizons Nature Day event begins today
The Nature Day update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons is now live and Leif will be stopping by with some exotic new plants.
Leif and his Garden Shop will make their first appearance in Animal Crossing: New Horizons today and he has a lovely range of shrubs and rare plants for sale. The Nature Day event runs from April 24 - May 4, so there's plenty of time to bulk buy some new spring decorations for your island.
There are also new Nature Day themed Nook Miles challenges to complete during this time, such as planting shrubs or watering your new flowers. When you log in to Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the first time today, an update will push that will allow you to access the event.
Alongside selling flowers, Leif will also buy weeds from your for roughly 20 bells per clump, which is a better deal than you'll get at Nook's Cranny. It's not clear whether different islands will feature different stock, but the following plants were available at my island this morning:
- Azalea shrubs
- Hydrangea shrubs
- Lilies
- Roses
