Game of Thrones' Peter Dinklage, other actors sign on for Angry Birds film
Actors who will lend their voices to The Angry Birds movie have been announced, and many will be familiar to folks.
The Columbia Pictures produced film will be directed by Fergal Reilly (The Smurfs) and Clay Katis (Wreck-It Ralph).
Jason Sudeikis (Horrible Bosses, We're the Millers) will play Red, Josh Gad (Frozen) plays Chuck (yellow bird) and Danny McBride (Eastbound & Down) Bomb (black bird).
Maya Rudolph (Bridesmaids, SNL) will play Matilda (white bird), and Peter Dinklage (Game of Thrones) will play the legendary Mighty Eagle.
Bill Hader (Saturday Night Live) will play one of the pigs.
In the supporting roles are: Keegan-Michael Key Key & Peele), Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live), Tony Hale (Arrested Development), Ike Barinholtz (Mad TV, The Mindy Project), Hannibal Buress (Neighbors), Cristela Alonzo (Cristela), Jillian Bell (22 Jump Street), Danielle Brooks (Orange is the New Black).
The film is set to debut in the US on July 1, 2016.
