Analyst expects Bioshock Infinite to ship three million in March

After reading the signs -- by which I mean looking at pre-order numbers -- Sterne Agee analyst Arvind Bhatia predicts that Take-Two will ship three-million copies in March alone.


That, of course, does not mean it will sell that many in the five days it'll be available in March, and it also doesn't mean it will sell only that much considering many PC gamers will buy digitally, but Bhatia thinks Take-Two has reason to be optimistic.

"Our recent channel checks have increased our confidence in the potential for success of Take Two's upcoming title BioShock Infinite. The title has been generating good buzz for some time. With less than three weeks before launch on March 26, we sense growing retailer optimism for this title."
