American McGee's Grimm takes to Steam Greenlight
Spicy Horse is hoping to publish its debut title on Steam, seven years after release.
American McGee's Grimm is now up for voting on Steam Greenlight.
If successful, the adventure will re-release on both Mac and PC.
The episodic adventure was originally released in weekly episodes on GameTap, beginning in July 2008. It spanned three volumes, with 23 episodes in total. Spicy Horse recently re-released Grimm through its own online gaming portal, Spicyworld, where it can be had for $20 in total or as piecemeal purchases.
The Unreal Engine-3 based Grimm was the first release from Spicy Horse, McGee's Shanghai studio, which also produced Alice: Madness Returns, Akaneiro: Demon Hunters, Big Head Bash and Crazy Fairies.
The developer recently abandoned plans for a title called Ozombie to double down on securing the Alice film rights.
Thanks, Joystiq.
