Amazon Germany lists Wii U date and price

The German arm of the online retailer has listed the Wii U with a selling price of €399.99 and a release date of December 21.
Amazon.de has listed the Nintendo Wii U at €399.99 and suggested a release date of December 21.
The website notes that the retail price has not yet been set and that the price may fall below this figure. Last week, Amazon's UK site apparently listed the Wii U with a retail price of £199, before removing the price.
It's likely this is a place-holder price and date, estimated by the retailer but we've contacted Nintendo for further details.
[Update] Nintendo has stated that it does not comment on rumour and speculation.
