All past Halloween events return to Team Fortress 2

This year's Scream Fortress includes a bunch of new content and everything you loved in the past.

There's so much going on in this year's Team Fortress 2 Halloween event that it's hard to know where to start.

Maybe with the brand new stuff: opening Gargoyle Cases will net you new Halloween items. There are 19 to collect, and unlike past Scream Fortress items, you can use them outside of Halloween and Full Moon events.

These items were put together by community members, as were the four new maps. Proceeds from both will be shared with their creators.

There's a meta-game, too. You'll find a Scream Fortress Gargoyle in your inventory who will measure your progress throughout the event. Earn points to climb the event leaderboards, by collecting Gargoyles in-match and completing missions for the demon Merasmus.

These missions will involve revisiting past Scream Fortress modes - all of which have returned for this year's event.

Finally, there are a couple of spooky new taunts and Manpower mode is out of beta with a new map and three new power-ups.
