A look inside Berlin's Indie Game Jam

Online gaming magazine start-up START//Select has posted up an interesting video-based look at Berlin's Indie Game Jam, a four-day event that sees indie developers gather and challenge and learn from each other in a Berlin coffee shop.

START//SELECT took the time out to film the thoughts of a couple of the designers at the event, showing off the different challenges the indie designers faced as they strived to make a fully-fledged game in a tiny team across the course of the four-day event.

In the video the developers reflect on the genesis of the event, what it means to be there and what sets it apart from other gaming events as well as, of course, making games. It's pretty well directed, too, and is a part of a longer forthcoming seven-minute piece on the Game Jam.

See the video for yourself below. Thanks, Destructoid. (Via GameSetWatch)
