2K confirms Mike Patton for The Darkness II

2K has formally announced that rocker Mike Patton will reprise his role in The Darkness II.
Patton's record company confirmed the news to Hell Decent earlier in the week, apparently before it was supposed to.
He will once again be playing The Darkness, a supernatural force of chaos and destruction.
“It feels really good to be the bad guy, and The Darkness is as bad as it gets,” said Patton in the press release. “I’ve read through the script and Jackie is going to be a brutally tortured soul. I’m looking forward to making his life a living hell.”
The Darkness II is slated for a fall release on PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
