Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection runs at 4k and 60fps+, says Microsoft Store listing
Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection will run at a 4K resolution and at least 60fps, a new listing on the Microsoft Store confirms.
During the Nintendo Direct presentation back in February, the Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection was announced for Switch – and shortly after, it was confirmed that the game compilation of titles is also coming PC, PS4, and Xbox One (with PS5 and Xbox One Series X/S players able to play the title via backwards compatibility).
As per a listing on the Microsoft Store, though, it's mentioned that Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge will each be playable in 4K and at 60fps+ – and that likely means you can expect similar compatibility on PlayStation consoles and PC, too.
If you're the kind of player that cares about achievements and trophies, you'll be pleased to note that the three-game bundle will come with three separate achievement/trophy, too.
Fumihiko Yasuda, head of Team Ninja, said when the game was announced: “Ninja Gaiden is the origin of Team Ninja’s action games, and I hope that not only fans of the series, but also fans of the Nioh series will play these games.
“I hope that the day will come soon when I can provide information about the next game in the series, which I’ve been continuously saying that I want to develop, but until then, please play as Ryu Hayabusa in the Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection.”
The collection is slated to release on June 10, 2021.
