PlayStation 5 accessories will be available in the UK from November 12
UK gamers will be able to get their hands on PlayStation 5 accessories – such as the DualSense controller – ahead of the actual European PlayStation 5 launch date.
Sony appears to have brought the release date of its various PlayStation 5 accessories forward in the UK, allowing eager players to get their hands on the hardware from November 12.
The PS5 itself isn't actually scheduled to launch on European shores until a week later – on November 19 – but it seems Sony has allowed retailers to start selling off peripherals on the US console launch date.
So if you're particularly desperate to get your hands on a PlayStation 5 pad, the console's HD Camera, a Media Remote, or the 3D Wireless Pulse Headset you'll be able to nab them earlier from some retailers, as SimplyGames states above.
Amazon, though, is still listing a November 19 release date for everything listed above.
This follows on from the odd choice to allow PlayStation 5 software – including Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, and Demon’s Souls – to be sold in the UK on November 12, too.
Sony will release two consoles in November; the standard model and the digital-only models. They’ll set you back $499 and $399, respectively.
A leaked image appeared today that suggests the console will let you use 664GB for storage of the game's internal SSD drive.
