Microsoft Flight Simulator closed beta for VR builds will be rolled out in two phases
Testing will start soon for Microsft Flight Simulator in VR.
The Microsoft Flight Simulator team is looking for community members to help test upcoming VR builds of the game.
It will be a closed beta and rolled out in two phases (thanks, Blue).
The first will focus on Windows Mixed Reality Devices, and the second will expand to include additional devices.
Like previous alpha and beta phases, only a select group of testers will be allowed in at any given time. Just because you sign up doesn't mean you will be granted access.
However, if you are interested in being part of these tests, you will need to own a VR headset and be a registered Insider. If you are not an Insider yet, to be considered you will need to sign up. Once an Insider, you can submit your information on the signup page.
You will also be subject to an NDA and will need to submit your DxDiag. You must re-submit your DxDiag if you have already uploaded it in the past in order to express your interest in this beta. You do not have to be a previous tester to sign up, and you will not be automatically enrolled if you have been a tester in the past.

Microsoft Flight Simulator released in August on PC, and as of early September, had over 1 million unique players.
It is available on Steam, Windows 10, and through Xbox Game Pass PC.
