Temtem PS5 port launching in 2021

An official Temtem PS5 port was announced during today's PlayStation State of Play event, meaning that the popular catch 'em up is making its way to console soon.

For those unacquainted with Temtem, it's founded upon a similar premise to Pokemon, tasking players with catching a variety of unique monsters in order to make them fight each other with curious elemental powers. Some of them are shiny, some of them are big, some of them are flying pigs - you get the gist. It's very good, and it's only available on PC - at least it was, until it was announced that it's coming to PS5.

For those curious about Temtem's popularity, it sold 500,000 copies on Steam alone within a single month of launching. People really like Temtem.

In related news, Temtem recently received a huge update. An entire new island - Kisiwa - was added to the game, as were new Tems, new moves, and lots more.

As well as news of a Temtem PS5 port, we also heard lots of other interesting things about upcoming games during today's event. For example, we got a look at brand new Godfall gameplay with an emphasis on combat and were treated to even more absurd Bugsnax gameplay than last time.

Meanwhile, we received our first look at Hitman 3 for PSVR and got another look at Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time gameplay.

Also, and this was my favourite news of the night (and I'm a Temtem fan!) - iconic indie platformer Braid is coming to PS4 in early 2021.
