You can do a virtual tour of CD Projekt Red using Google Maps
If you're curious about checking out the studio behind The Witcher 3 and this year's highly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077, you can now go on a virtual tour of the CD Projekt Red offices using Google Maps.
If you go to Google Maps street view, you can virtually visit the CD Projekt Red offices in Warsaw, Poland. Using your mouse and arrow keys, you can look around said offices in a similar fashion to how teleportation in VR works, jumping small distances to cover ground in a way that allows you to take in just about everything around you.
The walls in reception are adorned with various awards the studio has won, as well as a variety of magazines with CD Projekt Red covers. A range of screens are set up to display Witcher images and reels, while corridors are lined with meeting rooms, development areas, and more.
It's a nice way to contextualize where some of your favourite games come from, allowing you to visualize the physical space in which they're developed. It's even more intriguing for fans who are particularly interested in CD Projekt Red games - if you're the type who loved our Witcher 3 interview for the game's fifth anniversary, you'll probably be able to spot lots of interesting tidbits lining the walls of the studio, as well as some familiar ornamental statues dotted around the building.
You probably already know that CD Projekt Red is currently hard at work trying to get Cyberpunk 2077 ready for its November release date. If so, you'll likely be interested to know about the recent revelation that players can complete Cyberpunk 2077 without even finishing the main quest.
If you want to know more about Cyberpunk 2077 after your virtual studio tour, be sure to check out our hands-on impressions after having spent four hours with the game. Alex said it's "every video game you’ve ever played in one cybernetically-enhanced package."
