Here's every new legendary weapon in Borderlands 3's Handsome Jackpot DLC
New Borderlands 3 DLC means one thing: new legendary weapons to bolster your Vault Hunter’s arsenal.
Thanks to our friends at Arekkz Gaming, here’s a rundown of each and every world-spawn you get your mitts on in Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot.
As Arekkz mentions in the video, there are a few extra weapons that are tied to completing specific story activities which don’t appear in the video. However, as you’d expect those are easier to farm and find because they’re found in a consistent place.
Borderlands 3 Handsome Jackpot Legendary Weapons
The below video runs through all of the guns, and one shield, that can be spawned as world drops in the Moxxi’s Heist on the Handsome Jackpot DLC. From the Boomer SMG - which fires explosive bullets “laced with hot sauce” - to the Lucky 7 which rolls slots to give your bullets extra buffs, tons of the legendary weapons on offer here are on the outlandish side with fun and unique abilities.
Borderlands 3 Ion Cannon
Out of all of those incredible weapons, the boomstick everyone really wants is the Ion Cannon. This legendary rocket launcher boasts some of the silliest damage numbers in the whole galaxy, so is something that you’re sure to want to add to your rotation.
While rocket launchers have a low ammo count generally, the Ion Cannon is capable of a whopping 5 million damage from a single critical.
This particularly useful when you’re farming highest Mayhem Mode tiers, where things get pretty hairy, pretty quickly.
To get one for yourself, Arekkz found the most success with getting it to drop from the Fabricator MK II boss who you fight during the DLC.
