Gearbox announces Godfall, a fantasy “looter-slasher” coming next year to PlayStation 5 and PC

The first game officially announced for PlayStation 5, Godfall, was revealed at The Game Awards.
Godfall is a fantasy “looter-slasher” developed by Counterplay Games and coming to you courtesy of Gearbox Publishing.
The game is essentially a fantasy action-RPG featuring third-person melee combat. Players will hunt for loot, wear legendary armor sets and go up against "vicious enemies" and bosses which will drop sweet, sweet loot.
It can be played solo, duo, or three-player co-op.
The game is slated for a late-2020 release on PC and as a console exclusive on PlayStation 5.
