Animated Tempest skin thunders into the Fortnite item shop with the Raging Storm set

You might not be able to get Thor’s Axe anymore, but the new Tempest skin lets you control the power of lightning just as well. The full Raging Storm set is available now, with the Tempest skin and Back Bling costing 2,000 V-Bucks, and the Storm Bolt and Storm Eye Harvester and Glider costing 1,200.

With the Tempest skin, Fortnite seems to be adding to its growing roster of cool superhero-style skins, with the dark purple, evil-looking Tempest giving off a villainous vibe.

Also joining the team is the “Fearless Stormfighter”, Bolt:

We’ve seen a few new items to do with the Storm recently. Yesterday’s patch introduced the Storm Flip grenade, which deals Storm damage to enemies when they’re inside the circle, and protects them from harm when they’re outside.

In other news, we also found out that the final World Cup qualifiers have been moved. Week 10 clashed with the annual Pro-Am tournament, meaning top streamers who hadn’t qualified yet would have missed out. After they voiced their concerns, Epic Games decided to reschedule.
