First Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order gameplay to be shown off at E3
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order developer Respawn has confirmed that our first look at gameplay is coming next month.
As many expected, the initial reveal of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order at Star Wars Celebration last month left us with more questions than answers.
Though the first trailer did feature some brief seconds of gameplay, much of what we'll be doing in Fallen Order has only been talked about in interviews. This will soon change, however, as Respawn has confirmed that gameplay will be shown off for the first time at EA's Play event at E3.
EA confirmed it won't be hosting a press conference this year. Instead, the first two days of the event will be full of back-to-back livestreams of EA's upcoming games. It's safe to assume Jedi Fallen Order will be among the games getting their own livestreams.
Though many gameplay details remain unknown, the game's store page touts "cinematically-charged" Lightsaber combat, as well as other mechanics such as environmental puzzles that rely on exploration.
There's certainly plenty of anticipation and hope from Star Wars fans, so hopefully Respawn is ready to make a case for the game come June.
EA Play kicks off Friday, June 7 this year. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is out November 15 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
