Risk of Rain 2 character unlock guide: how to get every released Survivor so far

Early Access games get a bad rap, but every now-and-then a pre-release product starts out good and only gets better - Risk of Rain 2 is one of those. There are currently 6 characters to unlock in Risk of Rain 2, and it can be a little ambiguous how to go about getting them.

Here’s how to get the most out of the current build of Hopoo Games’ third-person rogue-like shooter, and unlock every character in Risk of Rain 2.

This is just the beginning of the eventual roster for the game, in their Early Access Forecast Hopoo Games have said that the first new survivor will arrive in June, followed by another in the Summer, a third in the Fall, then finally another in Spring 2020.
