NBA Live 19 demo drops for PS4 and Xbox One

The NBA Live 19 demo has dropped for consoles, and players can earn XP to take their character up level 20.

The NBA Live 19 demo is out on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, so if you've been waiting to create your own female character, you can dive in and get to work.

Female characters were announced for the game last month, and players can take their avatar through the game’s The Rise career mode.

EA detailed the game modes available for you to explore in the demo, which are listed below:

  • The ONE modes
  • The ONE store
  • The Rise
  • Live Events
    • 15 events
    • Multiple events per day
    • Demo events
  • Customize Player
  • Customize Court
  • Practice
  • Drills
  • 1v0
  • 1v1
  • 5v5 Scrimmage
  • NBA Play Now
    • Unlocks after you complete two games of The Rise
    • Teams available: Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics

You won't find Court Battles, LIVE Run, LIVE Ultimate Team, Franchise, and Online Head-to-Head in the demo though.

The ONE mode will let you access The League and The Streets, play challenges, boss battles, and earn daily rewards, amongst other things.

The demo will let you customise your player, and allow you to reach level 20 using Grind Currency (XP). Once you hit the demo level cap, you won't be able to earn any more Progression or XP. The level cap is set at 99 in the full game.

You can find the demo on the PS Store and Xbox Marketplace.

NBA Live 19 launches on September 7 for PS4 and Xbox One.
