PS4 is having some issues sharing screens and video to Twitter - CE-34719-4

If you've been trying to use PS4's share function over the last 24 hours, you may have noticed an issue. Don't worry, though - it's not you.
Players started noticing last night that they were being prompted to sign into Twitter when they tried using the share button to upload gameplay or screens to the social media site.
Once actually logged back in, they were faced with the error code 'CE-34719-4'.
This seems to be a global bug of some kind, so expect it to be fixed in a coming update. For now, it seems there is not much else you can do.
We will update if someone finds a workaround. Likewise, give us a comment if you've found a way to bypass the error.
