Xbox Game Pass will remove Borderlands, SoulCalibur, and more
Now's your last chance to play these great games while they're part of the Xbox Game Pass.
The Xbox Game Pass is Microsoft's answer to Netflix: You pay a fixed subscription fee, and are provided with access to an entire library otherwise free games. The problem is that just like Netflix, while excellent games are being added all the time, some are periodically removed from the catalogue as license agreements expire.
We mention this because the Xbox Game Pass will experience a minor purge at the end of the month. And some of the included titles are real gems that you should try if you haven't already.
Each of the following games will be removed from the collection on May 31, 2018. (Thanks to Bleeding Cool for the list.)
Xbox 360
- Age of Booty
- The BioShock trilogy
- de Blob 2
- Borderlands
- Dead Rising 2: Case Zero
- NeoGeo Battle Coliseum
- Dig Dug
- SoulCalibur
- Final Fight: Double Impact
- SEGA Vintage Collection Golden Axe
- Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising
- Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2
- Pac-Man Championship Edition DX
- Bound by Flame
- Sacred 3

All examples are third-party games Microsoft doesn't own the licenses for, but hopefully will return at a later date.
