Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition reviews round-up, all the scores
Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition not only brings big updates to existing owners, it's also a new retail version for those yet to jump in.
For these reasons, and considering how significant the changes are, Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition feels more like the yearly Destiny expansions and is definitely worth revisiting for a review.
The headline addition is of course Arcade Mode, which is something that's been missing since launch. Arcade Edition also adds extra V-Triggers, which expand gameplay for all fighters.
There's also the massive UI overhaul, which we've noticed will get you into the fight quicker. Though there's lots to talk about in the Arcade Edition, there doesn't seem to be that many reviews.
Still, it's a big week for Street Fighter fans, so we've rounded up the reviews we found so far below. As ever, scores are out of ten unless otherwise noted.
- IGN - 9
- Attack of the Fanboy - 4.5/5
- CGMagazine - 8
- Player.One - 8.5
- Hobby Consolas [Spanish] - 90/100
- Destructoid - No score
Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition is out now on PC, and PS4. Existing owners of Street Fighter 5 should download the latest patch for the most updated version.
