Street Fighter 5's latest character is Zeku

Zeku is the final character in Season 2 of Street Fighter 5's DLC.

Capcom has announced that Zeku will be Street Fighter 5's last character for Season 2. Zeku was unveiled at the 2017 South East Asia Major tournament over the weekend (via Gamespot).

Zeku is the 38th Master of Bushin, a form of ninjutsu. He first appeared in Street Fighter Alpha 2 as Guy's former teacher. After defeating him, Guy succeeded him as the 39th Master of Bushin, though he did not kill him as is custom.

Zeku has not been seen since, but he now returns in Street Fighter 5 to form a new group of ninjas. The trailer below gives us an early look at his moves in Street Fighter 5.

Zeku's interesting gimmick is that he's able to transform between a younger and an older version of himself. The younger shares many of Guy's abilities in Alpha 2, whereas the older is heavier, slower version.

Zeku releases October 24 for $5, or free as part of the Season 2 pass. In other Street Fighter 5 news, the game's Arcade Edition was officially announced earlier this month. It releases in January and brings new V-triggers, a UI overhaul, and the eponymous Arcade Mode.
