Check out 12 minutes of Fire Emblem Warriors gameplay footage and a new trailer

Two new videos for Fire Emblem Warriors have been released. One provides a look at gameplay, the other is a trailer Nintendo debuted ahead of this weekend's Japan Expo 2017 in France.

In the video below from GAME UK, you're treated to 12 minutes of Fire Emblem Warriors gameplay footage taken from the Switch version. The video runs in 1080p at 60fps if you view it on YouTube using Chrome.

The video shows various character switches, each taking on hoards of enemies and slashing them with powerful swords, typical of Omega Force hack-and-slash titles.

Heroes shown in the video include new character Rowan, The Avatar (Female) from Fire Emblem Fates, series staple Marth, and Chrom who first appeared in Fire Emblem Awakening.

The second video shows Lissa, Frederick, Robin (Male), and Lucina from Fire Emblem Awakening meeting prince Rowan and his twin sister Lianna for the first time. We were given a look at these characters and more such as Corrin, Ryoma, and Xander via a trailer released by Nintendo during E3 2017.

Announced in January, Nintendo didn’t have many details to share on Fire Emblem Warriors at the time, but luckily, E3 rolled around and provided more information on the Koei Tecmo crossover.
