The crazy folks over at Bossa Studios have updated Surgeon Simulator to include the presidential candidate, and it's a free download for those who own Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition.
Titled Inside Donald Trump, the content tasks players must perform heart surgery and decide if he is a "gold hearted hero or a stone hearted villain."
It also comes with new features and medical items, such as Trump Vodka, Trump Steak and Trump Tower. There is even a makeup kit available for anyone that signs up to Club Bossa. You'll notice the lipstick in the video above and some of the screens below.
Continuing the Trump theme, players will be handed a medical bill at the end of the operation. The bill will be based on the instruments used and for how long.
All hearts given to Trump in successful transplants will be shown on a live tracker, and the results will be tallied on Twitter with the hashtags #TrumpHeartGold or #TrumpStoneHeart. The updated website will even display the total amount of dollars spent on Trump surgeries across the world.
Those who do not own the anniversary edition of the game can for limited time purchase the game at a discount. Those who own Surgeon Simulator 2013 can upgrade for £0.40/$0.60 and first timers can get Surgeon Simulator: Anniversary Edition for £1.40/$2.
