Samorost 3 is out next month and looks just as interesting as its predecessors

Amanita Design, the studio behind Machinarium and Botanicula, have announced a release date for Samorost 3.

The point-and-click exploration adventure, which loosely continues the stories of Samorost and Samorost 2, starts off with a space gnome coming across a magical flute.

He uses the mysterious instrument which fell from the sky "travel to the cosmos in search of its origins." He will explore barious landscapes across five planets and four moons to solve the mystery.

Samorost 3 is expected to arrive on PC and Mac on March 24 for $19.99 through Steam, GOG.com, Humble Store, the Mac App Store, and its official website:

A Cosmic Edition containing the full game, a digital art book and the original soundtrack will be available for $24.99.

Android and iOS releases will follow.
